Every now and again we show up on a site and see something unexpected. This was definitely a surprise for our surveyor! The house was being rolled into its new position, greatly complicated by the steep terrain!
We have been involved with the the full subdivision process on this project. The scope was to move the existing house to the rear of the site and relocate a new house in its place. More photos to come!
There are lots of advantages to relocating existing houses, one being that the renovations can often be completed before the house is moved, helping to reduce the project timeline!
