Many staff complete developments outside of work, and we encourage using our surveying equipment on the weekends to facilitate this. We’re here to help you succeed.

Work Hard, Play Harder

We embrace hard work but firmly believe in balance. Everyone has lives and interests outside of work, and we want these to be enjoyed. We typically don’t work weekends, although you can choose to work overtime at your own discretion. We really care about our office culture and love to bring music to the office (and turn it up on Fridays).

Monthly “Friday FunDay” means finishing early on a Friday and choosing new activities. Think Pub nights, Tenpin Bowling, Lawn Bowls, Basketball, or office pizza nights. Our admin team do the hard yard in putting ideas together. You don’t have to attend, but they are well attended and enjoyed.

CPD and Holiday Improvement Scheme

We believe in supporting our team in and out of work. We offer an annual CPD allowance as a transparent way to allow you to keep upskilling, meeting CPD requirements and share knowledge gained with the team.
Health is wealth. We offer an annual sum to employees to help get the most out of their annual holidays, think fine dining, bungy jumping and all the things you want to do but wouldn’t normally spend your money on.

Complete Project Ownership

We provide our surveyors project ownership and support from our senior team. This approach enables our team to learn quickly, helping steer it to success.

The more involved you are in the project, the greater your enjoyment and satisfaction. Our senior team are given opportunities to mentor and upskill younger surveyors for rewarding, excellent career development.
