A Spotlight on Our 20-Unit Subdivision in Manurewa

KWC recently completed work on a 20-unit subdivision in Manurewa. With high-density development in New Zealand becoming increasingly crucial to address housing needs in already populated areas, KWC takes pride in its position to deliver projects in this market segment.

Our surveyors gain exposure to a wide variety of surveying tasks and are hands-on in all aspects, ensuring they acquire a diverse skillset. On this project, we conducted the HIRB survey, drafted the Scheme plan, and prepared and lodged the unit title plan.

Additionally, our surveyors handle all their drafting work, further enhancing the range of skills they develop. Our surveyors find huge satisfaction in delivering the full workflow, completing site surveys combined with preparing high-quality plans to take pride in.

On this project, our site surveyor Mick was able to reinforce his understanding of the Unit title process. Being on site and engaging with the builders meant that any questions about the finer details of the project could be asked there and then, ensuring a smoother process for us in the office and for our client.
