Avondale – Multi-Unit Development

This impressive 46 house development is hitting the streets of Avondale and we were stoked to be involved!

Our team of surveyors provided construction surveying support throughout the duration of this mammoth project by UNISPOT. It has been great getting to work closely with Li Walden and the RECO Construction Ltd team throughout the construction process. And of course working with the immaculate designs from the team at OZAC Architects Limited is always a pleasure.

Being located in Avondale ourselves, we can say first hand how great the area is, being one of the fastest-growing suburbs with great transport links around the city. We are so proud to be lending our expertise and leaving a lasting impact on a development so close to home.

As always construction surveying comes with a range of challenges and requires a dynamic approach and the ability to be onsite when needed. KWC strived to always meet the project demands and helped to ensure project timelines were always met, says Director Sam Williams.
