Luke got his brain firing after the Christmas holidays with a tricky internal grid setout for this impressive 5-storey house in Remuera! 🏗️

The project required establishing interior control based on street control set up earlier in the project, ensuring seamless alignment throughout. With long back sights taken from each floor to the street, precision was key at every step. To guarantee accuracy, we thoroughly checked the existing building envelope and previously completed work on-site, making sure our setup orientation perfectly matched the existing structure. A challenging yet rewarding way to kick off the year, and a great reminder of the importance of meticulous planning and execution in complex builds!
