Cross-lease Conversion – Christchurch

KWC was engaged by our client to undertake a conversion of tenure from cross-lease to fee simple at Claverley Gardens in Avonhead, Christchurch. Our team prepared a Topographic Survey, Subdivision Application Plan, Subdivision Consent Application, and Land Transfer Survey for this project. This project was a success for KWC with s223 and s224 approval achieved ahead of programme, enabling new titles to be issued for the client ahead of the construction works being undertaken at the same time on the property.
