21 Leighton Street

KWC has recently been working with Jason Lin and Jones Architects on numerous unique builds across Auckland. One interesting project is at 21 Leighton Street, extending an old villa and adding a pool, living area and garage.

The team provided a topographical survey to allow the architects to design around the existing site constraints. Just recently, the existing dwelling was cut back and KWC marked out all of the new dwelling corners so that construction can begin.
